Mesquite Chicken

My hubby introduced me to this wonderful meal. He and his family would use McCormick's Mesquite marinade for chicken. It has the BEST flavor! It's so incredibly easy and makes your whole house smell so so good!

What You Need
1/4 cup of McCormick's Grill Mates Mesquite Marinade
2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1/8 cup of water
1/8 cup of vegetable oil

Make It

Combine marinade mix with water and oil in glass dish or large plastic bag
Add meat, turning to coat all sides. Marinate in refrigerator 30 minutes - longer for stronger flavor.
Grill or bake until done. Discard any leftover marinade.
Add your favorite sides!

Chicken Pillows

I know it's been awhile since I've posted any good food recipes. Things have been pretty busy around here with the holidays. I'm going to do my best to post at least 2 recipes a week throughout this holiday season... This scrumptious recipe comes from my big sis, Stacy. It is extremely tasty and addicting - anything with cream cheese is yum!

What You Need
2 cooked and shredded chicken breasts
2 cans of crescent rolls
1 8oz of cream cheese
1/2 cup of chopped green onions (optional)

Gravy:
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup milk

Make It
Pillows:
Mix together cooked, shredded chicken, cream
cheese and onions in a bowl. Roll out crescent
rolls. Add tbs of chicken mixture on the largest
end of the roll. Then roll it up and pinch ends to
keep mixture from leaking out. Place on cookie
sheet and bake at 375 for 12-15 minutes or until
golden brown.

Gravy:
Heat together the cream of chicken soup, milk, and
sour cream. Keep stirring so it doesn't scorch the
bottom. Poor over the top of the pillows when
serving.
